Motel 6

Run away from this place!! Not worth one star!
I tried to do an early check in...The manager of the facility told me ..."come back in a couple hours...we don't do early check-ins...". I told her that I had spoke to an employee the night BEFORE (prior to making the reservation) and they said it wouldn't be an issue. The manager told me, "There's no way that employee would have known if (I) could do early check in". I told her that didn't make any sense. The employee told me, "we have 6 rooms clean and ready tonight, and unless we have a bunch of people come in, those rooms are available". So then, I asked the manager the name(s) of who was working the previous night and I even offered to show her the time that I called on my phone. Instead of giving me any information, she proceeded to tell me that she just came back to work after being so sick that she was gone for three days... I guess that meant she wasn't going to help me!?! I told her I just needed a room to shower prior to meeting some clients. I had been driving for hours and I knew I would need a shower. I even offered to take a smoking room JUST so I could shower. The manager stood in front of me shaking her head...I asked her what do I have to do, contact corporate? She turned around mumbling how she was going to go off on me and walked away into the back office! Worst management I have EVER seen or had to deal with. Another employee came up to me and quietly said, "We're franchise owned, and ever since we were bought out, things here have gone downhill, especially the management." He explained that the owner doesn't do anything for the customers (complaints) and this place has suffered ever since they were bought out. When I finally got to my room, it was NASTY and dirty, especially the towel holders over the sink! The bathroom had the baseboard peeling off the wall and mold growing in the shower. All the lights on the walls were bent and crooked. At night crickets came in my room because of a huge gap under the door.
NOT even worth HALF the $95 I was charged!! The WORST management ever... Don't come here!!

I thought I was going to leave a scathing review but you all have pretty much said it. Low budget, OK. But literally nothing and we spent over $400 for 3 nights. No refrigerator, no microwave, no blow dryer, no toiletries, one bar of soap to share between the sink and shower, 2 small and thin body towels and 2 hand towels. No extra outlets to plug in electronics. They didn't service our room at all while we were there. We we asked the manager on the 3rd day, he said they only serviced rooms every 3 days. There were 2 burn holes in one of our blankets and a nasty stain on the other mattress.

Do not stay here

This place is not good and it is not even that cheap. There was actual used piece of gum on the headboard of the bed. On top of that there was some strange sticky substance on the counter, the floor was disgusting, there was hair in the bathtub. The check-in process was long and tedious and they didn't even have hand towels in the room. Apparently those are by request only. To top it off, we were on the first floor and the creaking coming from above us kept me up half the night.

The staff were very helpful. Managers were difficult and attempted to take me clothing and equipment/eletronics

They did not supply basics such as washcloths, hairdriers, shampoo, or extra towels. For 200.00/night I would expect at least a washcloth.

First and last time at motel 6, dirty, cheap and overpriced , room I booked was dirty and then downgraded me to a clean room and didn't apologize or lower the price , also didn't have key cards working and the beds were so old and uncomfortable, bad loud neighborhood and environment

2 stars? Not the Motel 6 I stayed at last night. Location-wise this was the best choice for me so I checked in on a Friday night after a whole week of not one good night's sleep. I figured a Friday night at Motel 6 would sound a zoo by midnight and probably be crazy all night, so I decided to just read and try to be in bed by 7pm so I'd at least have the chance of a few peaceful hours before the noise began. I ended up being woken up by a guy going by my room with some kind of cart at around 7:15am. I probably got 10 hours of sleep. Not at all what I expected. This will be the place whenever I'm in the area from now on.

Make sure you don't leave anything in your room when you check out. House keeping keeps what you leave, and then swears that there was nothing in the room when they cleaned it. I've been in many hotels over the years, and if I mistakenly forget to pack something, I call back and they say it's being held, waiting for my call to inquire about it. They'll even mail it back to you! I guess character doesn't count when there's anything valuable they can get their hands on. Also terrible room, cheap thin towels, no shampoo, noisy air conditioner, one light switch not working, Oh, you get free coffee when you check out. Should be a rating less than one star, but oh well.

There was no refrigerator and no microwave in the room and the place was under construction the whole time. The jacuzzi did not work I called the office to ask why and the owner hung up in my face we were there for 4 days and those 4 days we did not get any clean linen nor did they empty the trash. The advertisement was smoke screens and lies

It's one of not so clean Motel6.
I was there to avoid fireworks for my fur babies. Location was perfect since I didn't hear any fireworks.

Room wasn't that clean and I see hair balls rolling when we entered the room. Also the bed linen has some dirt and stains as well.

Staffs were super friendly so I appreciate it.

I give one star for friendly staff and another star for not hear fireworks location.
