Super 8 by Wyndham Elizabethtown

The sheets were dirty and stained with blood, the bathroom was dirty and the bathtub had hair all over it. almost everything in the room had stains. not to mention the employees were all drugged out and drunk. & their 2 co workers were making out in the lobby. and at around 1 am the drunk guy from the lobby knocked on our door. overall just horrible and scary experience wouldn't recommend!!! if i could rate it 0 stars i would!!

The hotel is a pure nightmare. I stayed there for two nights while I was working out of town. When I went back into my room after my shift at work, I found that all of my stuff was missing. The front desk clerk had no idea where it went and then told me that she was under the impression that I had checked out. She told me that the owner cleaned my room, and that I would need to speak to him the next morning. Number one, what owner or manager at the hotel cleans the guest rooms? And number two, why would my key card still work if they thought that I was checking out that day? She was actually able to produce a few items that belong to me, but a majority of my things were still on accounted for. I was even under the impression that maybe a fellow guest broke into my room, somehow, but her producing a few of my missing items let me know that the hotel staff were absolutely responsible for coming into my room and taking all of my things out of it. The next morning, I was told three different times that the owner/manager would be in and the front desk clerk working the morning shift was extremely rude and told me multiple times that the issue was out of her hands. There was a lot of finger-pointing between the owner/manager when ever I was able to talk to him and he would not take any blame whatsoever, stating that it was a pure misunderstanding. I have tried to work with Wyndham rewards regarding my complaint, and have called this hotel every day trying to talk to someone to see if they have turned my belongings in, but it's like the staff and owner are working together on this. If you value your privacy and don't want your personal belongings taken right out of your locked hotel room, please do not stay at this hotel! This was absolutely not a misunderstanding... Someone literally came in and stole my belongings.

If you want to walk into a room already occupied, scramble to explain to a 6 year old what the screaming and spanking is going down the hallway, clean pubes off the toilet so you can sit, or wake up to find you slept in semen stained sheets this is your place....

What a wonderful nights rest after 12 hours of driving!

We had no choice in choosing this hotel. We were traveling back from Spring break and this was the only reservation available. This cost of $110 was ridiculous. Do not stay here!!!! It was not clean. Shower curtain was wrinkled and stained. The carpet was filthy. The beds didnt appear to be freshly made with clean sheets. The towels were thin. The only nice thing was the staff. They were kind and professional.

Horrible please do not stay here me and my husband stayed the night and it was the worst night I ever had in an hotel let's start of by saying I went to take a shower an the water was freezing cold I even let it run for like an hour but no change so I figured maybe it's late an something would give by morning I called upfront but was told we never have that issue give it a sec and it will work but nope nothing then I go to lay down to rest for the night and kept feeling a biting sensation I got up to bumps on my arm so I searched the covers an found nothing but I look up on the wall I see something crawling so I get my husband to kill it one bug turned to 6 we were so over it we called the front desk as was told the same exact thing we never had this happen I didn't want my money back just another room so we decided to pack up and go to the Hilton instead I'm sad it was a waste of money but please don't waste any effort on this place

Pretty terrible. I'm not picky about a place to crash for the night but if I ever have occasion to be in Elizabethtown again I'll stay somewhere else. The heater was shoddy and I was glad to get out early the next morning.

All I gotta say is there was a skid mark in the terlet and it wasn't one of mine.

This was a sad experience...sheets had ink stains on them, had to ask for another blanket as it was wet?!?!?...room was very warm as ac had not been running...ac never cooled it down good...bad experience overall

Really clean and great service for the price. You can't expext 5 star rooms for these prices. People need to understand that when they write reviews.

We stay there March 15 2019 4 of us three of us went to pool husband stay in room we leave pool at 10 go to room we cant get in husband cant open door from inside us from outside my granddaughter freezing the owner and his 7 year old kid and desk clerk tried for over 99 min couldn't get us in or out finally at almost midnight I said give us different room we get our stuff out window which I had no coat as it was inside took us 20 min to get our stuff out the window which we did ourselves my husband had to climb out window and ge scrape his back bad they offer no help put us in different dirty room which heater broke in middle of night and we had to call desk at 2 am cause little kids were running and playing and slamming on the floor I ask we are going to get our money back right owner told me yes that night but next day he gave me half my money back and offer 25 percent off my next stay. Wtf really I will never sleep in that hotel again I got a cold had to go to dr from standing outside getting my stuff my husband scrape his back and we got 1.5 hour sleep and they still charge me. They had to climb threw window take door of hinges next day. I have pictures and dr reports. If you want to see. Stay away I will not stop till I get my money all back plus my Bill's paid from hospital
