Nice gas stop with a huge amount of items to buy for the road. Nice staff and clean bathrooms.

It's nasty,filthy, disgusting. The manager refuses to keep this TA clean the showers are the worst. They do not remove the shower curtain after each use.

Nice clean station. Bathrooms were decent. There were some souvenirs to purchase and snacks. Lots of food choices. Good place to stop if you are traveling 80.

the worst ta ever. service department kept me on the road waiting 2.5 hrs tech came out and didnt want to do the job because it was dangerous said i would have to get towed. my rear wheel is cracked i cant get towed. horrible service they have three guys walking around at the shop doing absolutely nothing. do not use these guys

Made a long distance (SLC to North Carolina) drive with my wife and son's F-150 last month and made a quick stop at the TA center for a quick bio-break, snacks, and coffee.
Hadn't been to a truck stop in years, so I was wondering what this place was going to be like. I was pleasantly surprised actually and found the location to be clean and well-maintained. The Subway was busy, but after a quick trip to the men's room, I grabbed some of their high-octane coffee. De-lish. Well-stocked food area (minus the usuals due to COVID-19 restrictions), but overall, a pleasant experience as compared to what other reviewers have posted.
Made it point to visit other TA stops along the way (NE, MO, AR, TN, and NC) whenever possible. Overall Four Stars.

This is the worst truckstop I have ever been to. My husband and I stopped to eat. There was one corn dog and two polish dogs. The customer service was terrible. Out of fountain diet coke. It was dirty all over. I will never go to anther TA again.

I don't often rate truckstops but this one rules. Massaging chairs at the entrance! 3 minutes for $1! The best!

The worse customer service I have ever seen. 3 people in the office one working in the garage. I went there to ask if they would be able to repair my flat tire, they look at each other and one of them said: johny when can we repair it? Johny replied tomorrow at 10 am even though it was 8pm and the service works 24hr.

However the fuel desk is amazing. I have never had any problems with them. They always kind and know what they are doing. The parking is huge on this truck stop. So doesn't. Matter when you arrive. You will find yourself an overnight space. Make sure you wear any kind of foot wear when you go in the shower there. Last year I had a problem with my feel because I wasn't wearing any shoes in the shower.

They have big store on the side of fuel pump. Lots of cool stoff in there.

Subway- 2 people working. 1 making the sandwich for the man in front of me and they are having a friendly conversation about what they've been up to lately, the other just standing at the register and then going into the back and then back to the register, making eye contact with me as I've been watching him make 1 sandwich for about 4-5 min already. Finally the kid walks away from the register and offers to make my sandwich and proceeds to say "we are out of a lot of things". Why didn't you tell me that 6 min ago while I was standing here? Out of Turkey, Bacon, Ham, Lettuce, pickles, pepperchinies and onions, probably out of other stuff, but I stopped asking. Then I got charged FULL PRICE for a Roast Beef sandwich with tomatoes and jalapeños as that's all they had!!!! If they're not going to have at least 1/2 of what goes on a sandwich they shouldn't charge FULL PRICE! And the kid must have put 1/2 cup of mustard on because it was all over everything and couldn't taste anything else. They're gonna be out of mustard soon now too!

It always seems like I wind up stopping in Rawlins somewhere during my trips East, but this was the very first time I wound up here. Usually TAs are pretty reliable, but this one is not among that number, starting with the crumbling curb on the outside, to the inside, which has the usual accoutrements of parts and (not great selection of) snacks and DVDs and books on CD and whatnot, but gives so much to the Subway and Country Pride that the bathroom seems a bit of an afterthought. Actually, much of the convenience area seems comparatively an afterhtought. Gas was also hideously expensive for shite octanes and this wound up being an overly expensive stop and one I will almost certainly not be repeating in future.
