We've stayed here twice in 2023. Fantastic location, fantastic price. We've had minor wobbles, but nothing horrible. I don't find it to be overly loud (I can hear the bathroom above us, but not any footsteps or anything). We're staying in the first line (2 bedrooms) and can hear helicopters & ambulances, but they're not overtly loud. When we stayed in a one bedroom in July I don't remember hearing them at all. Our hotel room right now is clean, the shower is a bit weird because they took out half of the glass door but left the other half in for some reason, and just put up a curtain. Odd looking, but functional.
My only complaint was from our July stay, when the AC in our unit did not work well. We weren't really offered any options other than a fan. It stayed pretty warm in our hotel room. They were diligently working on it, but it was still frustrating at night. That's the only reason j didn't give a 5 star rating.
Nice kitchen, nice appliances, super friendly staff. Beds are hard and the dryers in both rooms we've stayed in have only gotten the clothes 90% dry. Not a huge deal, but semi frustrating to have clothes laid all over the living room.
Sheets were on the pull out bed, blanket was in a bedroom closet, and we had to steal pillows off another bed for the pullout bed. It would be nice if there was a note saying the sheets were on the bed, because I spent some time searching for them before deciding to open up the bed.
Overall, would stay here again and would recommend.

Oh hey, it's me. After checking out of our great stay... I got slapped with a $76 "extra cleaning" charge on my credit card. While they give you a broom in your hotel room, they don't give you a dust pan, or any trash bags. I left all our dirty towels in a pile, I swept up the mess my kids made and left it in a pile, and I piled all the trash up by the door as nearly as possible. I did not strip the fold out mattress and put it back together... but literally NO WHERE in the unit does it say anything about closing duties or cleaning duties or whatever. I even mentioned to my husband that I wished we had a dust pan and some trash bags - but it's a hotel room, I'm not going to go buy those for one. To say I'm angry is an understatement. We loved staying here. Easy to get to and close to places to eat. It was clean and felt safe. Definitely will stay here if we come through Asheville again.

Find another place to stay! Stayed 4 nights in mid-March. Upon arrival, we discovered many items that were lacking. The kitchen was short on dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, cookware, etc. There was no water kettle to boil water for coffee or tea. The kitchen faucet leaked at the base. Absolutely no condiments - not even salt and pepper. Several light bulbs were out and the management (a joke) would not replace them nor would they give us replacement bulbs. No detergent for laundry machine.

Two early morning fire alarms. For no fire!!! Worst experience ever!!! If you prefer to sleep past 5:30am this is not the place for you!! Wouldn't allow me to most zero stars.

We understand your frustration, Amy, but there was a situation in another guest room where someone had been cooking and left a box on a burner while it was still hot. So, although there wasn't a fire, there was smoke, and for the safety of all guests, our fire alarms will ring in every section when an incident occurs. Thankfully, there was no fire this time, but we are so glad the fire department quickly checked everything. We are terribly sorry if the alarm disturbed your sleep, but we had no control over it. We hope you'll consider us the next time you're in Asheville.

Sooooo don't stay here. First of all I booked an executive suite. Check in was awful because the kids at the counter were exceptionally rude and acted like we were inconveniencing them. Second of all we got keys to the suite and as it's nice, the walls are paper thin, hot water is not a thing, and there was no toilet paper. The bed was so uncomfortable, there were 2 pillows and they were awful. Was looking forward to a bath in the tub .... Ice cold water. The people upstairs were having good sex.... Yeah could hear every "oh yeah" and "more". We called the office on 3 occasions all with no answer. They don't upkeep the place, nobody comes to clean, and it's just not even worth having the biltmore name on it. Absolute disgrace and will not be returning. Should have turned around and cancelled as soon as the prepubescent teen at the counter gave me attitude.

I was in the bathroom when a worker started to enter my room, until I yelled for him to stop. I ended up letting him in to service the A/C; but instead of servicing it, he made it inoperable. The temperature rose throughout the night, and I got no sleep whatsoever -- just lay there sweating. The manager, Deonte Tobe, offered me a whopping $30 credit for my bad experience. Based on other reviews, I'm apparently not the first person to have an issue with him and his pathetic service. I've stayed here many times over the years, but the accommodations and service have deteriorated significantly over the past year, and I will never stay here again. And I will be disputing the entire charge with my credit card company. Find another place to stay!

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Checked in to room 220 and my immediate reaction was that the room looked dingy and dirty. I needed to use the foldout bed but there was no sheets or blankets. I couldn't call the front desk because there was no phone! I called through the outside line using my mobile phone and got no answer. I left three messages and never got a call back. The room was dark as several light bulbs were burnt out. Never did hear from anyone....

We stayed here recently for the 2nd time. Both times were amazing! This past trip we had a 2 bedroom 2 bath well appointed condo. It was impeccably clean we had no complaints. Both times I requested the top floor after reading reviews, we had the 4th floor both visits! My daughter lives in Asheville, she works for the ASPCA so it's nice to be able to feel at home when we come up to visit her. This trip I remembered to take pics before we up packed! Also a shout out to Ashley, a great big thank you for price matching the cheaper price a few days before check in, she saved me almost 400 bucks!!!
