Well I have decided not to cause of the fact that a few of your employees have told me they are not my friends called me a *** also showed a tape to someone I went to the store with but accused just me of stealing but it's illegal to show them the tape if they weren't the ones accused of stealing he also kicked me out of the stripes on bland and main his name is Tony also there is a lady there with white blond hair who charged me for a cup of ice full price for a fountain coke also called me a rude *** and said she didn't like me cause of white boy Shelby Michael lujan lilly Wendy and will and Jerry junior Belinda and gio and Joe and flaco and Michael Hudson because we are under a investigation for being hurt by these people in a devil gaslight game I kno it sounds crazy u can call Dolores miller to verify it number is 575624****also they tell people who like and care for me they can't go in there...

During my visit, I witnessed an employee display unexceptable

Costumer service .the tone and body language combined with a verbal statement by the cashier, whom said, I don't know why these people can't form a line ,so I know who's up next.even though the person who walked up at that very moment was the only person that was ready to be attended.I myself was just then,ready ti get in line So hearing her Tone, in that Statement .stepped into an isle,and asked.The cashier,us their some reason she doesn't know who's next ,when they walk up, I received an angry look directed at me. When the next cashier was open , She said with a deep and angry tone ( NEXT!!!

& gave me a very nasty look ,I felt her angry vibes telling me , I was not welcomed. I said in a quite tone,if you lady's don't like your jobs perhaps you should consider another line of work. The cashier then said in a very harsh tone WHAT!!! camly I said is there a manager available?

She Said I'm the manager, &^WHAT. the other employee said feel free to never come back!!

I told them I would be calling corporate, the response was,repeated several times,you go right ahead and do that" just go right ahead and do that . Just go right ahead, .

When my husband asked if they had a bottle opener, she said that they dont sell them and if he wanted to purchase a bottle or he could put it back he went ahead and purchased it . And was going to tell her thank you but she was sir dont step beyond this point and got all loud.

There is always beggars at the door when you go to walk in and weirdo loitering inside the store.

This strips is always nasty with no paper towel in the bathroom, and the floors always are sticky, their signs advertise one price and they never give you that price . My biggest complaint is the attitude they want to give you like you owe them something just from going in, which they probably dont have what you are looking for anyways.

My name is Edward Martinez I'm from Lubbock Texas today at around 4:00 p.m. I went to the stripes on the corner of Marsha Sharp freeway and 4th Street here in Lubbock up on the counter there was a cigarettes are it had Camel crush 518 when you buy two okay right next to it set the montego's for 5 5 something 5:40 something when you buy two okay the lady I told her I wanted that because they were cheaper and she was always sure are she handed me the pack and then in the end she charged me 1033 does that make any sense there because how is it you can buy one pack of montego's being rewards member and pay 640 but then you're going to turn around and something that's cheaper than that go higher than that by four bucks I got on pissed because tomorrow I'm going to call my lawyer I mean this this is ridiculous this store here is just like constant problems there you know but I go back and it's just advantages there and he's trying to defend the lady and the lady told me that the camels were not part of the rewards he tells me they're part of the rewards now which one is it I mean the display says it is and just because the display is green doesn't mean it just says you know like I said my name is Edward Martinez I can be reached at 8:06-252-**** I will call my attorney tomorrow I'm at work right now thank you

We ( my sister and I ) went to our only stripes store this morning for our regular order we always get. The bacon Q taco and right now this month you get two for 5.50 here in hebbronville texas .

Mind you we always gets this order when it's on sale or special of the month. It's a toco with a tortilla with bean , bacon and egg and two strips of bacon . This morning after we got our order we went home to enjoy our food selection and to our surprise there was only one strip of bacon in each taco.

So we called our stripes to only be told it only comes with one strip of bacon . How can this be true when we have been buying this taco special all this month and it always came with two.

Anyway we wanted to know from corporate what the bacon Q taco actually comes with !
