Was very disappointed with this stay- the rooms smelled like mold, they had dehumidifiers that you had to empty.plus I’ve never seen a darker room. Hotel was still damaged from the hurricane, they didn’t tell you that until you were checking in- breakfast was horrible, hot tub was closed for algae, concrete busted at the top of the steps, total tripping hazard.concrete walking surfaces were absolutely filthy… never heard of a pressure washer??? Front desk people were clueless and not helpful at all—WOULD NEVER EVER COME BACK!!

not full clean. bugs in room. please redo flooring

This hotel was closed due to Hurricane Ian (in fact it still is today) yet they still charged me a cancellation fee when I cancelled because they were completely unable to provide services.

The pool area is very inviting. The rooms are very dark. Lighting is poor. The plumbing needs to be fixed. My toilet flushed every time someone else flushed their toilet.

Due to Covid it appeared that services for things such as towels etc were lacking. Continental breakfast very minimal. The pool and general facility was very nice.

Lack of daily room service. It's time to stop blaming Covid for everything!

The hotel looked much much nicer in the photos- it is very run down and lacks cleanliness. The staff was very nice but unable to do anything about the inadequacies of the property.

The doors won’t close, the beds and pillows in worst condition

Floor was dirty

Very close to the beaches, shopping and dining. A good cheap option if you're just passing though

They had issues with the hot tub, but otherwise a great stay. The front desk person was a great help.

Very well kept and cleaned regularly.

Since COVID there is no breakfast and the rooms are not cleaned/serviced daily, as had previously been done. I felt my room was dark and would have preferred an overhead light to brighten the room. The staff is good.

This room smelled musty, there's no extra service after check inn so extra towels orlinens you get yourself, nowhere to hang towels, there was only coffee for breakfast and nothing else. For what I paid, I could have stayed somewhere much nicer. Highlt understaffed too.

Requested two connecting rooms, we are a family of five with three children 11, 10, and 9. Showed up to the property early (noon) to talk to the front desk and make sure connecting rooms were available. When we checked in at 430, we were told by different front desk staff that connecting rooms were not available and that we could get two rooms, but one still wasn't ready. I said that I would need to run to the vehicle and speak with my husband and was told by staff that she was about to cancel my rooms anyways because I 'wasn't appreciative of them trying to help'. I was treated with attitude and resistance trying to check in. Our second room was ready about an hour after that and the pictures attached are from the second room. I am extremely dissatisfied with the hotel staff and will not be recommending the hotel not be staying here again.

Wow, it looks like we dropped the ball meeting your expectations and I apologize for that. In the future if your stay is so bad, please let the hotel know and we will either accommodate a room move or if you want to check out early, we will do so with no penalty.
