I will be calling orbitz within 48 hours to get a refund. Had to change my room at 3am because someone in the connecting room was banging on the wall all night and screaming and cursing. We were not able to sleep all night in fear…it seemed like they could have been trying to break in, but the banging was happening for hours. The pool was dirty so we could not go in. On top of the someone’s car got stolen in the parking lot. I made the person at the desk take a note so orbitz can call and reference. Absolutely awful experience
This place is a dump. Poor maintenance - a lot of things need to be painted. Ponding water around. Concrete in fair to poor condition. Room smells.

I like that it was closed to my friend's place and the price was affordable. I did not like: - desk area looks old and the ceiling needs to be fixed - lobby smells like a meadow - building needs the doors to be painted and A/C unit in each room needs to be clean, especially the one section outside under the windows.

No amenities. Washer took my money - no refund. Dryer wasn’t working. Front desk personnel extremely unhelpful. Saw a drug deal in the parking lot. Stayed 3 days - no one ever even dropped off clean towels.
Had issues with the room and the general manager manager was very rude bc of a mistake they made and Accuse me of not paying and was in my room when checkout was and we were trying to get dress it was just very unprofessional of the way she handled the situation
