Partner Solutions GTM Lead, Security, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, Sales, or Channel Development in the technology industry.
  • 10 years of experience in security products, services, and solutions with Cloud.
  • Experience in taking new security products and solutions to market, developing and driving GTM offerings with Partners.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in developing GTM offerings on Security based on industry and regional requirements.
  • Experience in winning and delivering security deals.
  • Understanding of multi-channel sales environments in Security with relevant business and solutioning know-how.
  • Understanding of market offerings with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to balance planning with tactical execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and share talent and ideas to achieve a broader organizational goal.

About the job

As the Partner Solutions Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead for Google Cloud Security, you will be a leader architecting and driving our partner GTM for Google Cloud’s security portfolio. You will collaborate with Global Practice Architects and define engagement strategies for our various partner ecosystem and serve as a key thought leader mastering GTM motions for both co-selling with services partners and reselling through channel partners. You will operate globally in this executive leadership role, and drive industry-changing impact through multi-channel expansion, develop partner journeys for differentiation, solution enablement programs, and process best practices to deliver accelerated business growth and ensure long-term partner success.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $218,000-$306,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop plans for executing security sales plays with partners, defining and managing distinct GTM motions for re-selling, co-selling, and implementation with channel partners, services partners, and Managed Security Services Provider (MSSPs) to maximize market coverage and business.
  • Engage with partners and field execution teams to ensure consistent and efficient landing and execution of sales plays.
  • Serve as a visible thought leader for Google Cloud's security partner ecosystem, representing Google Cloud at industry events, leading partner executive briefings, and articulating joint value proposition to a broad audience.
  • Develop programs and metrics focused on partner profitability and long-term customer success, including successful solution deployment, adoption and customer satisfaction.
