Program Manager, Strategic Sourcing, Cloud Supply Chain Operations

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in Program Management.


Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in supply chain management and procurement.
  • Experience in managing procurement processes, metrics calculation, business process designs, stakeholder management, and lean supply chain methodologies.
  • Experience with critical systems including Ivaua, E2Open, ERP systems, and supply chain planning, and supplier relationship management, supplier evaluation, and benchmarking.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on business process enhancements.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, with a proactive attitude and a willingness to be direct and results oriented.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end procurement and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for escalations and key business deliverables.
  • Manage a sourcing strategy and manage business-critical programs, ensuring end-to-end ownership and strategic alignment. Negotiate category pricing with suppliers and drive cost saving targets. 
  • Manage continuous improvement, Lean, and AI automation efforts, leading digital transformation initiatives to enhance supply chain execution. Manage programs and projects, ensuring timely delivery, risk mitigation, and effective stakeholder alignment.
  • Design and implement solutions, translating business requirements into functional and technical designs, overseeing deployment, and providing operational support. Oversee extended workforce temp, vendor, and contractor resources, driving performance, and managing critical global suppliers.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal and external teams to identify process gaps and drive transformative improvements.
