Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in a technical project management, customer-facing, business strategy, business enablement, program management, or business transformation role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in supporting go-to-market (GTM) or business transformation initiatives.
- Experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to drive initiatives with highly technical teams.
- Ability to use data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

As a Technology Go-To-Market (GTM) Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of our technology sales related populations. You will develop and empower the technology field teams to capture new opportunities by executing key role changes and building new competencies. You will be accountable for defining and tracking KPIs to measure success and will be a critical partner to Go-To-Market (GTM) stakeholders.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. - Design new and evolved technology sales roles, including role profiles, core responsibilities, and key results.
- Develop a comprehensive roadmap for the transformation, including key milestones, dependencies, and owners.
- Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the Customer Engineer (CE) transformation, focusing on both leading indicators (training completion, tool adoption) and lagging indicators (customer engagement, project success rates, solution adoption).
- Establish a feedback plan for GTM leaders and managers to ensure continuous improvement throughout the transformation process.
- Develop messaging frameworks, playbooks, and scripts for managers to execute role changes, including ownership of communication plans and collaboration with the Learning team to land the enablement plan for each role (trainings on new tools and technologies).
