- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in business, Go-To-Market, or commercialization related functions.
- 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience with Ads measurement or Attribution.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience influencing C-level executives, managers and sellers.
- Experience in training sellers and presenting in external webinars and live events.
- Ability to translate simply for sales, agency partners and customers.
- Excellent, communication problem-solving and critical thinking skills on ambiguous problems.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage projects with stakeholders across multiple functions.

Product and Sales Activation (PSA) is a highly collaborative group of individuals who work hard to deliver at-scale, customer focused priorities, transfer product knowledge to our Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Sellers, and influence product design for the GCS segment. By liaising with our partner teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product/Engineering, Sales Finance, Education, Large Customer Sales), the PSA team works hard to equip GCS Sales with the information, training, collateral, and opportunities needed for future growth and to ensure that our customers’ needs are addressed and expressed to client/product teams.In this role, you will help to scale Advanced Measurement solutions across the Americas region by directly working with GCS Agency sellers and customers. You will influence executive business stakeholders, work cross-functionally to direct the product activation strategy for Google Customer Solutions (GCS) business programs. You will influence cross-functional teams while building and delivering the best go-to-market (GTM) plan for the product area.
Additionally, you will lead the activation of Advanced Measurement solutions products for customers'goals. You will advocate the needs, opportunities, and gaps that GCS customers experience with our product teams. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with GCS Sales Teams to assist across advanced measurement solutions including Incrementality, Attribution, MMMs, and first-party Data.
- Collaborate with sellers and agencies to identify potential business growth opportunities. Develop comprehensive measurement solutions that address their business and marketing challenges. Provide guidance on methodologies for marketing and media analytics, measurement, and attribution.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with gTech and Sales teams to drive the program management of Measurement Effectiveness plans. Monitor and report on primary metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales and Global Product and Solutions Activation to develop internal and external training programs that enhance seller and agency knowledge on Google’s priority M&A solutions. Collaborate with third-party measurement providers as needed for specific agencies.
- Share customer and product feedback with Global Product Leads to ensure the product roadmap aligns with the needs of GCS promoters and customers.
