Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation, or a related field, with client-facing leadership capacity.
- Experience in managing Global customers and shaping up business transformation with industry usecases.
- Experience delivering cloud productivity suite migration or adoption programs with enterprise companies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in (e.g., Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare) with a track record of applying modern collaboration technology to that specific domain to drive business outcomes.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting adoption data and usage metrics to provide insights and course-correct OCM efforts.
- Experience in developing cloud business cases and TCO analysis aligning the costs of a productivity suite (e.g., licensing, migration) to business value metrics (e.g., productivity gains).
- Experience in a Product or Program Management role owning the end-to-end lifecycle of a complex employee experience or collaboration platform deployment.

As an AI Transformation Consultant, you will be guiding our customers through the complex process of adopting AI to drive business outcomes. You will work with executive customer stakeholders to reimagine core business functions, designing and implementing new, AI-augmented operating models. You will support critical transformation initiatives that leverage the full potential of Google's AI products and Workspace, ensuring our customers adopt technology, and evolve how they operate.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the C-level and executives to identify and prioritize core business areas with the potential for Google AI-driven disruption.
- Develop the strategic roadmap and business case for transformation, articulating a compelling goal of the future state and quantifying the expected profit and loss impact through increased productivity, reduced operational cost, and enhanced security.
- Stay at the forefront of Google AI advancements (e.g., Agentic AI, Gemini, Gemini for Workspace, security controls) to continuously inject new possibilities into the client's transformation journey.
- Serve as the primary interface for executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment, managing expectations, and communicating progress against business value milestones.
- Design and enforce Enterprise Security and Compliance Postures. Partner with the customer's Chief Information Security Officer and legal teams to oversee design and implement security model that adheres to industry and regulatory compliance standards.
