Minimum qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in sourcing or working in Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, Business Development or Operations, Lead Generation or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience with sourcing at a recruitment agency or in-house recruiting team.
  • Experience in sourcing, engaging, and closing AI talent.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in executive recruiting (e.g., outreach, engagement, evaluation, and presentation).
  • Experience in maximizing teams and team members performance while working with the team.
  • Ability to be accountable, have integrity and authenticity.
  • Ability to deliver executive services like board placement.
  • Ability to learn mindset and adapt new subject matter and understand new markets, areas, roles or business initiatives.
  • Excellent capability, credibility, and consultative skills to collaborate with executive colleagues and stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $131,000-$192,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own search strategies and deliver research against those strategies for executive searches across various technical functions (e.g., engineering, product management, etc.).
  • Provide project management, drive searches and create unbiased experiences for hiring managers/clients, applicants and colleagues.
  • Partner with leadership recruiters and collaborate to provide domain and market insights and trends, and to advise executives on talent for their business needs.
  • Build relationships for the future with candidates and talent.
  • Contribute to the improvement in the systems, services, and processes.
