Minimum qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, or account management.
- 1 year of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting.
- 2 years of experience closing applicants and discussing compensation packages leveraging experience engaging for talent.
- Experience recruiting for roles in UX design or engineering.
- Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills, and work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop hiring strategies to deliver for the business.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $88,000-$126,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruitment by developing and executing cross-team targeted UX recruiting initiatives to meet established goals and objectives, influencing hiring managers on their hiring strategy.
- Support applicant assessment for UX roles and identify team alignment based on understanding of the organization/function and role profiles.
- Source active and passive UX applicants through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists and research.
- Evaluate UX applicant skills and client needs, screening them for interviews and managing the interview process with minimal guidance.
- Discuss offers to close UX applicants by leveraging and partnering with executive management, and other groups as necessary.
