About the job

The YouTube (YT) Central Planning and Operations team is responsible for leading global, cross-functional, initiatives to drive the unprecedented growth and health of the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem. The core capabilities of the team include planning and business operations, incentives design and operations, and business strategy and operations for the three regions: Americas, EMEA and APAC.

The YTProduct Partnerships team drives partner strategy and manages the key relationships that help to defend, grow, and build YouTube’s products globally. We own the business side of new features, products, and initiatives that are vital to the success of YouTube. You will drive team programming diligently to share information, drive to alignment on critical decisions, and build community among our globally-distributed teams. You will be eager to effortlessly flex between framing the team’s long-term mission and identity, and program-managing the rhythm of the business as a critical foundation as the team continues to scale.

At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. We work together to give everyone the power to share their story, explore what they love, and connect with one another in the process. Working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and boundless creativity, we move at the speed of culture with a shared goal to show people the world. We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun — and we do it all together.
