Program Manager, Policy Development

  • 3 years of experience in program management at a multinational organization managing global initiatives.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in trust and safety.
  • Understanding of project management techniques, methodologies and best practices.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage and coordinate multiple projects, and indirectly manage multiple teams simultaneously in a changing deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to influence across all levels and functions of the organization and partner effectively.
  • Ability to take initiative to address problems and make continuous process improvements.
  • Ability to demonstrate process orientation.

About the job

As a Policy Development Program Manager, you will spend most of your time leading. You will grow in a changing, dynamic demanding environment where no two days are ever the same. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects often span offices, and time zones and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $107,000-$153,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage program policy launches in partnership with the Policy Development ("PDev") team building project plans, timelines, and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Communicate program updates, issues, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to existing team processes and tooling, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of program plans, processes, and policies.
  • Create and maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders.
