Industry Head, Large Customer Sales (English, Vietnamese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently to communicate with and serve key stakeholders in the market.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in managing and developing sales teams to deliver results with a shared insight and purpose.
  • Experience in sales/operations management, strategic planning, and systems thinking, with the ability to align strategies and deliver customer business outcomes.
  • Experience influencing executive-level clients and stakeholders and driving results in complex, agile environments.
  • Knowledge of Google Ad Solutions, video advertising (e.g., AI-powered Performance, CTV, AI-powered Video) and the key performer landscape across traditional and digital brand media advertising.
  • Understanding of customer business objectives with the ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments.

In this role, you will influence and lead Sales and cross-functional teams to drive a growing ecosystem for the Vietnam market. You will collaborate and work cross-functionally and cross-country to bring together the team for each client in the Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, Telephone company, and Conglomerates industries to develop long-term, strategic relationships.
Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products or solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Manage a team of Account Executives and Account Managers, set and communicate team priorities and make decisions and support activities that align with Google’s values.
  • Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and senior partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
  • Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
