Data Center Planning Program Manager, Supply Chain

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience managing projects.
  • Experience in supply chain, data center demand and capacity planning.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of industry work experience in data center demand and capacity planning and systems design/automation.
  • Ability to manage multiple, engaging priorities.
  • Ability to use data (including SQL) and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes and challenge conventional wisdom.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent investigative and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define data requirements and metrics, working with teams to implement the entire data flow from capture to presentation and management.
  • Instrument a blend of analysis, program design, implementation and operations management skills to improve our processes and data in order to define the long term build forecast.
  • Be able to analyze large data sets quickly to identify complex patterns and relationships resulting in operational solutions to real business problems.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders in order to identify technological and business constraints to avoid scheduling conflicts in the presence of multiple orders competing for limited resources over the planning horizon.
