Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in internal and executive communications with technology products or services.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with and developing the presence of leaders, and excellent leadership and influencing skills, with an ability to navigate complexity with ease.
- Experience leading initiatives across diverse markets with an understanding of cultural nuances.
- Ability to work as a team and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with strong collaboration skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to APAC Marketing executive leadership, providing expert counsel and developing their message across a variety of formats, including emails, speeches, keynotes, and social media.
- Identify and secure high-impact opportunities (e.g., speaking engagements), collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize the moment.
- Develop and lead internal and executive communications strategies that engage, inspire, and align diverse audiences.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with cross-functional partners, from local country marketing teams to internal communications and other communication teams, to drive alignment and deliver original thought leadership.
- Establish clear communication goals, coordinate resources, and provide leadership to enhance the effectiveness and impact of the communications programs.
