Product Manager, Deployment Platform

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
  • Experience with the domain area of Generative AI or Large Language Models.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • Experience developing and delivering mission critical technology products and services for Enterprises.
  • Ability to understand customer and stakeholder requirements, mapping them to technical concepts and driving decisions with technical leaders.
  • Ability to grow in ambiguous, fast-paced, highly collaborative and entrepreneurial environments with globally distributed teams.
  • Excellent skills with the ability to work successfully across all disciplines.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to influence executive technical and business leadership.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

As a part of the team, you will build a production service management platform that powers YouTube, Search, Ads, Maps and Gmail for billions of users, while developing product strategy, conducting marketing analysis, and defining priority solutions for safe, high-velocity deployments.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop product goal and delivery for Google’s production platform, empowering Googlers with production service management.
  • Conduct market research through customer interviews, surveys and perform analyses to inform product strategy and requirements.
  • Define opportunities and priorities for integration use cases across different P2020 product teams and partner organizations.
  • Represent customers by understanding business outcomes and translating needs into requirements that drive business impact.
  • Engage with users, partners, and stakeholders to discuss product requirements and validate the product roadmap.
