  • Understanding of Google Search, YouTube Brand and Performance, DV360 + Programmatic, as well as competitors.
  • Understanding of the CPG industry, a passion for its growth, and to advance Google's strategies within the marketplace.

Our team acts as consultants across data and technology, creative strategy, media and measurement, to Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry clients in the Home and Personal Care and Lifestyle space. You will have the opportunity to lead work across a variety of brands.

In this role, you will drive execution and business strategy. It will also provide exposure to and training in business and brand planning with a focus on the vertical and the clients and manage growing media opportunities within AI, Social Media and Connected TV. You will collaborate with C-Level and leaders on Joint Business Plans, business and marketing strategy as well as building key marketing initiatives that extend beyond the media. You will partner with various cross-functional teams at Google including Programmatic, Video, Performance Marketing, Google Marketing Platform (GMP), Cloud, Agency and Upfronts team, Creative Works and more.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$148,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead meetings with brands and agencies to understand client businesses, and educate and inspire with our data, technology, and advertising solutions, and influence and collaborate with a cross-functional team to identify and develop data analysis and recommendations that align with client full-funnel marketing objectives.
  • Quantify opportunities with recommendations for customers and manage objections while working across Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Programmatic products.
  • Provide guidance and troubleshooting support for customer accounts and campaigns, and develop and present in-quarter up-sells and campaign wrap-up/measurement reports.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities and manage operations for existing customer accounts, prioritizing and executing initiatives and ensuring accountability to team goals.
  • Manage and cultivate agency relationships with investment and strategy teams.
