Minimum qualifications:

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

The YouTube Data team is responsible for YouTube's data strategy, ensuring that users have a positive experience. The team builds and operates data warehouses with scalable, and cost-efficient data infrastructure. The Data team is critical for determining what data YouTube collects, how it's processed, and how it is shared across the YouTube ecosystem.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$161,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver predictable program communication plans in collaboration with program stakeholders, including communications by stakeholder type. 
  • Contribute to the creation of automated workflows by coding, creating agentic workflows, and validating quality of outputs.
  • Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of program stakeholders and ensuring they have the insights they need to make decisions.
  • Prioritize program goals, understand and translate other stakeholders’ needs into program goals and prioritized deliverables with minimal assistance, and contribute to decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables.
