Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
  • Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in Internet products and technologies.
  • Knowledge of advertising market or online ads landscape and App Campaign product and Firebase/GA4F.
  • Ability to grasp technical designs and quickly learn when it is appropriate to apply them.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders; excellent relationship building, collaboration, discussion and influence skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.

About the job

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms or product partnerships.

You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources. Responsibilities

  • Ensure product adoption and usage, be the primary technical contact for the clients, providing prompt, consultative support and service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal and external technical teams to drive communication, prioritization, implementation, analysis, and resolution of customer issues. Participate in the analysis and research for technical issues and work with Product Escalation teams.
  • Advocate new product features and assist clients in the adoption of new products via upgrades and migrations to help them build success. Provide documentation and technical guidance to ensure the technical success of clients’ integrations.
  • Drive the technical aspects of advertiser and publisher integrations by providing necessary documentation and guidance.
  • Review current processes and design/develop tools, processes, workflows to increase team productivity or efficiency.
