Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience working with partners or in agency sales.
  • Experience working with multilevel client sales situations and working with resellers.
  • Ability to communicate in English and one other Central Eastern Europe language fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in AdTech or MarTech solution selling, feature-driven media sales, or enterprise software selling.
  • Ability to develop existing relationships and business, develop new business models with partners, and grow new product business with the partners.
  • Excellent strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make long-term impactful changes to meet strategic needs within the market and partner ecosystem

As the Tech Partner Manager you will accelerate value, growth and digital maturity for advertisers by driving Google’s data, media, tech solutions and platform sales via partners. These partners are an extension of Google’s capabilities, sell Google’s Marketing Platform (GMP), provide tailored services that accelerate digital transformation and solve complex technical challenges.

You are responsible for working with the wider Google Central Eastern Europe (CEE) sales teams, EMEA Go-to-Market teams, and EMEA/Global partner management teams for selling and helping to successfully use our Google Marketing Platform. This includes planning and implementing innovative maturity projects or external services via our fast-growing partner network in Central Eastern Europe.

As an GMP Partner Manager for CEE, you'll own the GMP Partner program execution across the region and drive the Partners' Development and Compliance ensuring execution in alignment with overall EMEA GMP partner ecosystem strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsibile for the growing GMP product range and our leading enterprise grade Martech solution suite. 
  • Drive the implementation journey to accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud and other solutions. Close transformative client projects to boost client value, drive integration with Cloud at scale, and pilot transformative solutions with CTPs to drive Google Data/Media/Tech & AI.
  • Form relationships with consultancies & tech partners to increase the number of partner solutions. Identify critical and impactful relationships and own/strengthen primary consulting relationships from the executive to specific teams in marketing and digital units.
  • Work with selected creative tech partners on practical AI solutions.
  • Develop and publish case studies of successful collaborations to share insights internally and with customers. Comply with all company health and safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
