  • 9 years of experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist supporting Tech & Non Tech level VP leaders at global companies.
  • Experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning organizational design, talent management, leadership coaching and development.
  • Experience with organization transformations across multiple regions and integrating tenured teams with new capabilities and talent.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with organizational design, succession planning, performance management, business consulting, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, culture keeper, employee engagement, coaching and development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, and employee relations.

People Operations strives to revolutionize human resources the same way that Google has revolutionized search. You'll be an advocate of Google's culture and values, partnering with our business leaders to help them build their organizations and make sure all people decisions are based on data. Whether coaching our clients on how to lead their teams, navigating and resolving employee relations issues or managing programs that help develop our Googlers, you are exceptionally focused on putting them first, and being as clear and transparent as possible to help Googlers understand how people decisions get made.

In this role, you will solve organizational challenges with people-related solutions. You’ll be an integral part of the leadership team. You will also be a thought leader of people and organizational topics who understands every aspect of the business.

You will create the people strategy that will support Googlers in realizing their wildest ambitions. You’ll partner with a cross-functional group of subject matter experts to design and execute the strategy for how we hire, onboard, develop, motivate, retain, and organize Googlers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$245,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution. Provide insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions.
  • Consult with senior leaders to create a comprehensive people plan to influence lasting change over large functions at Google. Partner with leaders on the define, design, launch, landing of change initiatives.
  • Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex, and design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organizational solutions.
  • Provide expertise in talent and performance management, change management, leadership coaching, data analysis and insights, employee relations and strategic development.
  • Prepare leaders and teams to embrace organizational change, shaping and executing comprehensive people plans.
