Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in education technology, or selling enterprise software, account management, or a related field.
- Experience presenting to and building relationships with various stakeholders at academic institutions or enterprises.
- Ability to communicate in French and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other transformative technologies along with supporting technology adoption and change-management initiatives with customers.
- Experience in executing go-to-market strategies and meeting or exceeding goals.
- Experience in building thought leadership programs in the education space.
- Understanding of the Higher Education sector, including its unique challenges and decision-making processes.
- Ability to communicate in Dutch fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
- Excellent negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with the internal and external stakeholders.
About the job
As a Gemini Adoption Sales Representative for Higher Education, you will contribute in developing and executing the go-to-market strategy to drive the adoption of Gemini. You will manage a defined portfolio of universities and colleges within the territory, acting as their primary-point of-contact and trusted advisor. You will build ecosystem partnerships in the sector that will aid the Gemini expansion.
This is an entrepreneurial role that requires a passion for education, an understanding of artificial intelligence, and the ability to drive technology adoption. You will foster adoption that demonstrates the transformative value of Gemini for teaching, learning, and research within your accounts. You will advocate for Gemini, building relationships with key stakeholders including university leadership, faculty, department heads, and IT leaders. In addition, you will be a critical contributor to our internal teams, providing customer feedback to help shape the product road map and refine the playbook for scaling Gemini adoption.

- Develop and execute the GTM strategy for Gemini in Higher Education in a specific market. Own the key results for adoption within the assigned accounts, focusing on programs, including delivering training to support Gemini adoption across users.
- Identify and engage directly with key stakeholders at the academic institutions in the territory. Act as a trusted advisor, helping faculty and departments build and execute road maps for integrating AI into their teaching and research.
- Identify sector stakeholders that could be enablers to Gemini adoption in the Higher Education (HE) sector. Be a thought leader across the sector.
- Synthesize and relay feedback from customers to help influence the future road map for Gemini in Education. Manage records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with teams across Google to ensure you have an aligned One-Google strategy to support universities.
