Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management related to designing and deploying new systems and processes.
- Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams to build or implement enterprise software solutions.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience collaborating with global teams on tool consolidation and integration strategies.
- Experience in using data analysis to inform strategy, drive decisions, and measure success.
- Experience with enterprise procurement processes, particularly in requirements gathering and solution design for source-to-pay or contract lifecycle management.
- Experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and supporting the end-to-end launch of enterprise systems.
- Experience in change management and effectively communicating technical concepts to different audiences, using excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear product specifications and strategic roadmaps.

Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements; maintain comprehensive documentation, including Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, UX, and business teams, to define scope, guide the build process, and deliver optimal, user-centric solutions.
- Define and influence the long-term roadmap for procurement systems, securing buy-in from executive leadership to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Identify patterns in user needs and system gaps to design and provide scalable, repeatable solutions that anticipate future business challenges.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on procurement processes and systems, offering expertise on tool integrations and educating stakeholders on product updates, capabilities, and tradeoffs.
