Training and Compliance Coordinator

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in executive protection.
  • 3 years of experience administering and coordinating training programs for professional teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA) qualified.
  • Experience in developing and delivering professional training curricula.
  • Experience in managing and coordinating with external training vendors.
  • Experience in Program Management with an understanding of metrics and project timelines.
  • Knowledge of security industry and the protocols of protection teams.
  • Knowledge of compliance and certification standards for specialized operational teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$183,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, and maintain all training programs, including curriculum development for Executive Protection and Aviation teams and on-boarding for new members.
  • Ensure continuous compliance with all required documentation and certifications, including advanced professional certifications and engagement protocols.
  • Manage vendor relationships for all training, including specialized equipment qualifications and external curriculum.
  • Oversee the programs, ensuring full compliance and management of all associated processes.
  • Evaluate and update existing mandatory training to ensure relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with the team's operational needs.
