Analytical Lead, Large Customer Sales (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform) etc.
- Experience in building and automating reporting dashboards using Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Spotfire, Qlik, Looker Studio.
- Experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data, or with other programming or scripting languages such as R or Python.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in performing feature engineering techniques to optimize data pipelines and build models for business problem-solving.
- Experience in developing and implementing a variety of data models, including predictive, descriptive, and prescriptive models, for business applications (e.g., R, Python, SAS etc.).
- Ability to translate business problems into analysis frameworks and translate analysis results back into business recommendations.
- Ability to grow in fluid environments and to deliver simple and engaging stories.
- Excellent communication, time management and prioritization skills.

As an Analytical Lead, you use data-driven insights to help our customers achieve their business objectives. You are a trusted advisor to large customers and help influence our customers marketing measurement plans. You are a key partner to Google's ad sales teams, who work to bring the best of Google's advertising solutions to their customers.
You have an investigative background with experience in strategy consulting, marketing analytics, financial modeling, or statistical analysis. You are able to analyze datasets and identify actionable insights. You will help customers increase their measurement maturity by adopting best practices in marketing measurement and media attribution. You will use Google internal data, customer marketing campaign performance data, and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and marketing strategies that drive growth for our customers and Google.

Responsibilities
- Meet with executive customer leadership to uncover business objectives and issues.
- Develop strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, earning their trust to test the status quo by telling compelling stories with data.
- Leverage your expertise in measurement solutions like incrementality, marketing mix models and attribution to test and measure the success and impact of your recommendations, helping our customers understand the true value provided by Google's partnership.
- Collaborate with other Googlers and partner with internal and external product, research, data and measurement teams to define a cross-media measurement standard that supports an accurate measurement for a customers business, and bring full investigative capabilities to them.
