As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
The Responsible AI team within Trust and Safety drives One Google solutions for responsible AI models and applications. It is a global team with Responsible AI domain knowledge and backgrounds in operations, strategy, ethics, risk management, product management, and program management, working to support responsible AI launches at scale.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Deliver business impact for Google by setting, communicating, and achieving priorities that support organizational goals related to model governance and testing. Align with partners and make key decisions as needed to achieve objectives.
- Define, lead, and own program charters that address scope, and timeline, OKRs, resourcing and risks/dependencies of programs.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across Trust and Safety and Google; align stakeholders on decisions and changing circumstances.
- Identify and execute on program tasks to achieve milestones and outcomes on time; anticipate and overcome risks to program timelines or quality; develop change management roll-out plans.
- Determine program phasing and metrics that drive continuous improvement.
