Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 14 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 12 years with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
- Experience building, developing, or leading a team.
- Experience with revenue recognition and ASC 606 guidelines.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in a technical accounting or similar role at the SEC or FASB.
- Ability to have a collaborative style and work with cross-functional and international teams.
- Ability to sponsor and oversee the management of a portfolio of projects and programs.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work with minimal guidance and in a team environment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct technical research on accounting issues and provide accounting consultation advice to business partners under US GAAP.
- Lead the implementation of the new U.S. GAAP accounting standards, including working with various cross-functional stakeholders.
- Draft and maintain global accounting policies and memos.
- Keep business partners informed of developments in accounting and financial reporting through issuance of publications, facilitation of training sessions and meeting forums, and drafting of comment letters to standard setters.
