Analytical Lead, Agency, Platforms and Client Solutions

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, and clients.
  • Experience in external measurement tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, marketing cloud, social media platform conversions API).
  • Knowledge of measurement capabilities, including MMM, incrementality, store visits, and store sales.
  • Ability to build and run sophisticated models, such as a regression analysis, to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, project management skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The Data, Measurement and Analytics (DM&A) team's mission is to unlock growth for clients and Google by proving the value of Google media, supporting clients with their measurement infrastructure, learning agendas, and thought leadership. Our team provides actionable insights to fuel confident decision-making for clients.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$148,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Identify growth opportunities for our Operating Company partners by leveraging big data to provide strategic recommendations using a logical and compelling story.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with influential cross-functional teams to deliver the best of Google to our clients (i.e., Agency Measurement Leadership, Data Science Teams, and Analytics Teams).
  • Develop and own investigative modeling for key client/partner projects, test via experimentation and learning agendas and share best practices across Operating Company to optimize client/partner business and maximize the use and effectiveness of Google products.
  • Evolve Search strategy by setting the required foundation and infrastructure for measurement needed to advance and maximize Search Value.
  • Advance measurement maturity for HoldCo partnerships at Google. Be the go-to resource for media sellers within the agency team to support.
