Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in Program Management.
- Experience in Program Management with a technology company.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Experience with content strategy and working with engineering teams.
- Ability to identify, collect, and analyze relevant data to help drive informed decisions.

Responsibilities
- Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives to improve the content creation process and drive impact.
- Partner with Support Delivery and Analytics to program manage quality framework, metric and reporting mechanisms.
- Lead and activate continuous operational improvement efforts, and prioritize decision making by influencing key decision makers.
- Provide subject matter expertise (leak prevention, findability, optimization) to working groups for ongoing projects.
- Identify and document key, quality-aligned tooling needs across the business and secure resourcing.
