Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting or similar.
- Experience in leading cross-functional programs across their life-cycle (e.g., opportunity definition, solution design, implementation and operations).
- Experience in enterprise sales in the Cloud Services industry.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience as an executive consulting leader (e.g., Associate Partner or equivalent level).
- Understanding of the Cloud Services industry and enterprise sales function.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Identify the best opportunities for improving alignment and business performance between Engineering and Sales.
- Design, implement, and manage new programs and mechanisms to streamline collaboration, create transparency, and accelerate outcomes.
- Partner with technical and operations teams to define requirements for tooling integrations, creating more seamless workflows for both organizations.
- Develop, track, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) for process effectiveness and efficiency, reporting on progress to executive leadership and managing a culture of continuous improvement.
