About the job

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The team's mission is to empower customers with capabilities and insights by delivering AI and Infrastructure at scale, efficiency, reliability and velocity. In this role, you will drive the operational engine for culture programs and high-visibility external and internal events. You will own the tactical execution of multiple projects simultaneously, navigating ambiguity and ensuring core cultural initiatives and critical events are delivered.

The ML, Systems, & Cloud AI (MSCA) organization at Google designs, implements, and manages the hardware, software, machine learning, and systems infrastructure for all Google services (Search, YouTube, etc.) and Google Cloud. Our end users are Googlers, Cloud customers and the billions of people who use Google services around the world.

We prioritize security, efficiency, and reliability across everything we do - from developing our latest TPUs to running a global network, while driving towards shaping the future of hyperscale computing. Our global impact spans software and hardware, including Google Cloud’s Vertex AI, the leading AI platform for bringing Gemini models to enterprise customers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

  • Identify, triage, and resolve logistical conflicts and program risks, escalating critical blockers while managing solutions for day-to-day challenges.
  • Design and implement scalable processes and documentation (e.g., playbooks, live trackers) to manage concurrent project timelines, ensuring consistency and enabling data-driven reporting on program impact.
  • Manage communications and relationships with a wide range of internal stakeholders and external vendors, confidently navigating competing priorities and ensuring alignment on all event and program requirements.
