Customer Experience Associate, gReach Program (Japanese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in business development, partnerships, product development or sales support.
  • Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Google Ad Manager, AdMob or AdSense.
  • Ability to own end-to-end experience and solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate and harmonize with team members that complements each other to achieve results.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Interest in the online advertising and publishing business.
  • Passion for improving the customer experience.

About the job

The gReach Program is a 12 months paid upskilling program for industry professionals with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. The goal of the gReach program is to provide participants from under-represented groups with the opportunity to grow their career as professionals.

This works across gTech Ads Sellside technical support and consulting teams and unites them under the common goal of providing great service experience to the customer and making service an engaged advantage of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the sellside customer experience and identify major publisher pain points.
  • Design improvements to the customer experience.
  • Understand quality-related metrics and develop quality frameworks for maintaining an enhanced customer experience.
