Cloud Sales Resident, Cloud Academy, Early Career (English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or customer relationship management.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Certification in the Google Cloud industry.
  • Knowledge of business skills and methodologies.
  • Ability to learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud technology space.
  • Excellent problem-solving, written/verbal communication, presentation, and active listening skills.

Google Cloud Academy Sales Program is for very motivated individuals. This fast-paced 9-month program is your chance to learn from excellent sales professionals (technical and non-technical) at Google and see how we transform businesses in the digital world.

In this role, you will be a full-time sales Googler, starting in August 2024. You will solve real-world problems with technology.

Responsibilities

  • Help Google Cloud customers achieve their business goals by providing strategic solutions and recommend digital transformation.
  • Enhance your communication with customers, build your personal brand, and learn how to manage relationships with C-levels.
  • Be the spark that gets new businesses excited about Google Cloud. Use a mix of video calls, events, and personalized outreach to make connections and discover where we can make a real difference.
  • Partner with tenured Google sales staff to drive customer attendance at marketing events, training and other key activities to build awareness and education on Google’s solutions.
