Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.
- Experience managing business activities, such as annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or goal setting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in management consulting firm or equivalent project management experience in a strategy function for software, Internet, media industries or early stage companies.
- Experience leading operational and cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience with executive stakeholder management and conversations, both internal and external.
- Experience in ambiguity and drive strategy in a changing, constantly evolving environment; with executive presence.
- Experience in Operations, Customer Solutions and Internet/Online Media.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving/analysis, written/verbal communication and people management skills.

The gSO GCS team is at the heart of empowering millions of businesses to grow. We are the operational powerhouse behind Google's services for our vast and dynamic Google Customer Solutions (GCS) segment.
The team focuses on the most critical priorities for gTech GCS teams, facilitates cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, provides business critical insights using analytics, and helps teams drive partnerships and new initiatives forward.
In this role, you will be required to develop solutions to ambiguous and high-visibility business problems and opportunities. You will be at the forefront of building and driving these solutions while working closely with business teams, influencing the goal setting, helping transform early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives and much more. You will have a rare opportunity to drive a very significant, multi-year business transformation which is currently underway.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Partner with gTech GCS leadership to define, structure, and drive operational initiatives, acting as a thought partner to align efforts and resources to the best business outcomes.
- Enable critical decision-making by working with cross-functional stakeholders to gather context, cross-pollinate learnings, and drive business analysis with effective project communication.
- Contribute to key business cadences such as annual business planning, Objectives and Key Results (OKR) setting, and business reviews for gTech GCS leadership and key partner teams.
- Provide oversight and connectivity to business-focused standalone initiatives, removing roadblocks to execution and eliminating conflicts.
- Advocate leadership to align resources to client outcomes while managing global priorities and initiatives.
