About the job

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The Office of the SVP (OSVP) helps catalyze, incubate, and shape AI innovations, initiatives, and engagements in partnership with the SVP – and across Google, Alphabet, and externally – to advance progress toward a responsible AI future. The team supports Research, Labs, Learning and Sustainability, and Technology and Society, working with these teams to ensure they are empowered to pursue their respective missions.

You will help manage multi-quarter programs from planning to successful landing, including managing relationships with external academic partners, internal stakeholders, and vendors. You will manage core operational cadence for the programs you support, including cross-functional coordination. You will be a primary point of contact for contracting with external partners, managing program budgets, and providing the administrative and organizational support necessary to deliver on multiple high-priority work streams in parallel.
