Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in a technical project management, customer-facing, business strategy, business enablement, program management, or business transformation role.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in supporting go-to-market (GTM) or business transformation initiatives.
- Experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to support the design and implementation of organizational changes.
- Ability to use data and feedback to drive improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of field business role profiles. You will be focused on developing and empowering our field promoters to capture new opportunities by executing key role changes and building new abilities. You will be accountable for defining and tracking Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) to measure success and will be a critical partner to Go-to-Market (GTM) leadership.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. - Own the communication plan and collaborate with the Learning team to land the enablement plan for each role, including training on new tools.
- Define and track KPIs to measure the success of the transformation, focusing on leading indicators (e.g., training completion, tool adoption) and lagging indicators (e.g., quota attainment, agreement size, business cycle length).
- Establish a feedback plan for field leaders and managers to ensure improvement throughout the transformation process.
- Maintain the evolved roles including role profiles, core responsibilities, and key results.
- Develop, execute and track a roadmap for the evolution, including milestones, dependencies, and owners.
