Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program management.
- 7 years of experience in leadership role with direct reports.
- Experience managing network delivery Implementation or network delivery services.
Preferred qualifications:
- PMP, Scrum, Agile project management certification, or other certifications in network technologies.
- 10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in the planning, design, and implementation of change programs.
- Experience managing technical vendors and leading quarterly business reviews.
- Experience in data analytics and presentation.
- Ability to understand technical subjects and technologies and lead programs at a global level.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.

The Technical Program Manager (TPgM) for Google's Enterprise Network (GEN) supporting Workspace is a cross-functional role focused on ensuring the global office network is secure, reliable, and automated. You will define priorities aligned with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to drive network product development, manage product life cycles, and improve operational processes. You will collaborate with Network Engineers, Software Engineers, and Operations teams to deliver new solutions, enforce standardization by eliminating "design/deployment snowflakes," and solve problems related to efficient security, and availability as Google deploys innovative technologies.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of technical program managers working across the different regions that design and deliver network services.
- Maintain our team culture with a focus on professional development and career growth.
- Serve as an advocate for the customers, lead the customers, through engagement drive excellent levels of customer satisfaction.
- Initiate, manage and execute third-party vendor engagements with responsibility for the delivery, monitoring and troubleshooting of network services, including facilitating any escalations requiring engineering assistance.
- Serve as a global lead for programs that deliver business impact, work collaboratively with globally distributed contributors.
