Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Reliability Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant Engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in lab testing or related experience with hardware evaluation methodologies, including lab measurements, environmental and mechanical reliability testing, performance measurements and monitoring, test automation, and data analysis.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to collaborate with local and global teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Reliability Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant Engineering field.
- Experience with statistical tools and data analysis (Weibull++, JMP, Minitab, MATLAB etc.).
- Knowledge of Industry Test Standards (e.g., JEDEC, ASTM or IEC).
- Knowledge of Hardware Engineering design concepts and failure analysis techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Ability to design test jig and fixture using drawing tools to support hardware testing.

Responsibilities
- Own and execute regular/routine hardware reliability tests for consumer hardware products at part, module, and system levels independently.
- Drive new technical studies and the development of novel reliability tests.
- Collaborate closely with product design, reliability, and local/global lab teams on all technical aspects, including understanding test requirements, creating appropriate test plans, executing tests, publishing accurate results, evaluating technical data and developing recommendations.
- Deliver work with quality and within timelines to resolve technical issues and prevent impacts to project timelines.
