Head of YouTube and DV360 Ads Solutions

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience with people management, and leading and developing a sales team.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish, English and Portuguese fluently to interact with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of the Brazilian media landscape, including the interplay between traditional broadcasters, streaming services, and social platforms.
  • Ability to anticipate market shifts—such as the convergence of commerce and video or the evolution of the connected Tvs and social platforms to seize addressable headroom in the video ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment, serving as the critical link between sales, local product areas, and global engineering teams.
  • Proven track record of defining and executing complex customer or product strategies that deliver long-term business value.

We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and advocate for the long-term strategy for YouTube and Programmatic Ads Solutions in Brazil.
  • Maintain operational cadence to monitor business health, overseeing the end-to-end sales pipeline for the YouTube+ portfolio. Lead regular business reviews to ensure strategic alignment and identify growth opportunities across the LCS portfolio.
  • Drive adoption and revenue acceleration of core and nascent products. Ensure the team codifies and scales optimal scaled and hightouch activations and use cases for maximum client impact. 
  • Advocate for local market needs and competitive nuances to influence the global product roadmap. Orchestrate alignment across cross-functional product areas to streamline go-to-market strategies and remove execution barriers.
  • Serve as a thought leader on the future of video, representing Google at major industry events and advocating for local product needs with global teams to address unique competitive dynamics.
