Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
- 3 years of experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in people management and talent development.
- Experience working with Google Ads products or similar digital advertising platform.
- Understanding of advertising solutions and media landscape, with the ability to coach team members on how to optimize them.
- Ability to influence executive, cross-functional stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization.
- Ability to adapt messages to both technical and business audiences.
- Excellent communication, technical leadership, project management, investigative problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.
In this role, you will lead a team responsible for the advertiser experience and services growth across Google's Search Ads 360 ad product. You will have experience in product operations and customer experience management. You will be a key partner and a unified voice for gTech to your partners and product teams, driving frictionless experiences that directly impact advertiser trust and business. You will be accountable for the performance of a geographically dispersed team, ensuring gTech Ads is positioned to unlock scale and productivity for Search Ads 360.

- Lead the strategic direction and operations for the Search Ads 360 enablement portfolio.
- Partner directly with stakeholders in Product and Global Positioning System (GPS) to drive process and product roadmap improvements.
- Orchestrate launches and drive a unified, customer-centric feedback loop to influence product improvements.
- Lead a team, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
