Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree in an industry setting.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms in either an academic or industry setting.
- Experience working with Web3 related technologies, such as blockchain development or distributed web application development.
- Experience in crypto, Non-Fungible Token (NFT), DeFi and blockchain.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning (AI/ML) and Generative AI.

- Design and build a new, foundational security service for the Web3 ecosystem, addressing complex challenges in applied cryptography and distributed systems.
- Develop and enhance our unified Developer Portal, creating user experience that integrates a wide array of Web3 products and services.
- Architect and implement AI-powered payment solutions that bridge Web3 and traditional finance, using Google’s Agent Development Kit (ADK) and protocols like Agent-to-Agent (A2A).
- Write robust, reliable, efficient, and testable software. Take ownership of your projects, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
- Be a highly effective team player. This goes beyond simply working with others; it requires active collaboration, open communication, and a willingness to both give and receive constructive feedback. Be committed to achieving the best outcomes for the team.
