Technical Recruiter

Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • 2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting.
  • 3 years of experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages leveraging experience competing for talent.
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles.
  • Excellent consultative skills, with the ability to grow customer relationship management and work in a team environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accountability, work ethic, integrity, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment life-cycle to prioritize an exceptional experience and continually enhance processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with key business leaders, recruiting, and hiring stakeholders to build solutions to defined objectives.
  • Develop and execute cross-team targeted recruiting initiatives to meet established goals and objectives, influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy.
  • Source and assess talent, manage efficient interview processes, and drive offer stages, including compensation discussions and successful closures.
  • Influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy and provide status updates on open roles.
