About the job

Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems, from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can - changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.

As the Group Partner Marketing Manager for the Partner Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE), you will be responsible for the scaled GTM engine that powers Google’s global partner ecosystem. Your mission is to transform our partner channel (Carriers, OEMs, Retailers) into Google's most powerful and efficient growth engine for our most important Google products.

You will lead a team responsible for partner GTM and scaled activation from defining the foundational GTM strategy and product narratives, to building the global playbooks and campaigns, to owning the operational infrastructure and platforms that deliver them to global partners.

This is a pivotal leadership role for a 'player-coach' who grows on complexity and is passionate about building teams. You will be expected to shape strategy, drive operational excellence, and be a key voice in defining the future of Google's partner marketing.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $211,000-$297,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Learn more about benefits at Google.

  • Own the end-to-end process of developing our partner messaging, global GTM partner strategy, playbook and asset development.
  • Build a scaled partner growth engine, working cross functionally with product marketing, business development, and partner marketing managers to create a portfolio of repeatable programs and playbooks that drive key business objectives through partners.
  • Set the direction and roadmap of our partner marketing tech stack, including AI tools and governance systems.
  • Influence product and marketing strategy by providing an aggregated view of partner needs, market trends, and performance.
