Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
  • 2 years of experience creating data sets, data modeling, and reporting.

The Global Business Applied AI (GBAI) team architects and delivers AI-powered, intuitive, and connected solutions to amplify the value GBO brings to customers and partners. The team defines the ideas and strategic roadmap for a cohesive, impactful portfolio of internal and external tools across GBO. Product Development Partnerships (PDP) serves as the bridge between business needs and product in developing tools and features for Connect Sales, translating seller needs into impactful product strategies and bringing products to market.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000-$267,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Build and execute against tools roadmap, set the idea and strategy across Connect Sales, ensure the team fully represents user needs and workflows, and identify key areas for enhancements and process improvements.
  • Prioritize based on quantified business cases (e.g., business growth, productivity savings) and qualitative inputs (e.g., interviews, feedback) and articulate these use cases clearly to partners.
  • Develop strategic business requirement perspectives and partner on the design and development of user-facing feature launches.
  • Plan, execute, and drive global launch strategies, including implementation of technical solutions, deployment plan, trainings and support materials to drive product and feature adoption.
  • Estimate and measure the business impact of new features, processes, and trainings.
