- Experience evaluating GenAI systems.
- Experience building with GenAI agents and tools.

The Analytics AI team is the driving team for GCP's GenAI for enterprise data (BigQuery, Looker, Databases), one of the fastest growing and most profitable businesses. We develop foundational services (NL2SQL, NL2Python, Context Engineering) that power agents (Conversational Analytics agents, Data Science agents, Semantic Model Generation agents) for 1P (BigQuery, Looker) and 3P (APIs, MCP, ADK, VS Code Extensions) experiences, serving GCP's largest customers. We collaborate with research teams (Vertex, Cloud AI Research, Systems Research Group) and GDM on dataset building, evaluations, and model training. Building trustworthy data agents is testing; we work fast and closely with customers. We move fast, our customers are big GCP spenders, our work is demanding, our engineering and XFN team is excellent, and our work has been featured in multiple Cloud Next keynotes.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Responsibilities
- Lead Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) services and agents within Looker (Business Intelligence).
- Realize the goal of integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities and agents within Looker and will be responsible for advancements in Data Agents and unlock novel use cases across various, multi-modal data through the application of AI.
- Be an expert in the business intelligence ecosystem, Looker, LookML, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and GenAI and agentic practices.
- Possess experience building software platforms and cloud services, understanding of the latest in generative AI trends including multi-agent systems, trustworthy User Experience (UX) practices, data, and evaluations.
