Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience working with the online advertising industry or AdTech.
- 7 years of experience in a people management capacity.
- Experience partnering/working with cross-functional stakeholders in an organization translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Experience with digital marketing, measurement analytics or related domains.
- Ability to influence team strategy with data-driven proposals.
- Excellent project management, people-management, leadership skills and investigative capabilities.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.In this role, you will sit within our Measurement Center of Excellence (CoE), focused on assessing and preparing our clients to effectively implement measurement systems, processes, or metrics. You'll ensure they have the necessary infrastructure, data-collection capabilities, and understanding to accurately track and analyze performance against key indicators (often involving activities like identifying data gaps, training staff on measurement tools, and developing clear performance goals).

Responsibilities
- Lead a global team of measurement solution experts who provide consultative support to advertising customers in the area of measurement across Google Search Ads, SA360, Video, DV360, and Shopping products.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business, product, and media activation teams for all things measurement effectiveness.
- Drive the critical goal of helping advertising customers understand the relative impact of their marketing strategies across digital platforms and media by providing the right media effectiveness measurement solutions and strategies.
- Deliver the goal for the organization, work with business teams, product leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and coordinated execution for key priorities.
- Guide team to define client specific measurement effectiveness strategy and drive adoption of Google measurement and attribution solutions.
